Please delete and reimport package on update to get rid of old files! 
Make a backup of your changed EnviroSky prefab and weatherprefabs before!
Then replace the EnviroSky prefab in your scenes with new EnviroSky prefab to get all the new settings! 
Also make sure to remove old enviro scripts from your camera!
